Welcome to Studio 6.5. By booking or using our facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and fair experience for all clients.
2. Booking & Usage
The minimum booking duration is 1 hour.
All setup, preparation, and pack-down must be completed within your reserved time.
Access to the studio is strictly limited to the booked time slot unless otherwise agreed.
3. Overtime Policy
Overtime charges apply 5 minutes after the scheduled end time.
Overtime is billed at 10 OMR per 30 minutes.
Extensions are subject to availability and must be paid immediately.
4. Studio Access & Conduct
Clients must use the studio responsibly and professionally.
Furniture may be moved carefully but must be returned to its original position.
Any damages caused during the booking will be the client’s responsibility.
Pets are not allowed inside the studio.
5. Equipment & Facilities
Selected equipment is included depending on the booking.
Additional equipment can be rented separately.
Backdrop paper is charged at 5 OMR per 3 meters.
Special backdrop requests require 48 hours notice and may incur additional costs.
6. Food & Cleanliness
Outside food and beverages are allowed in designated areas only.
Clients are responsible for maintaining cleanliness.
Cleaning or damage fees may apply if required.
7. Damage & Liability
Clients must report any existing damage upon arrival.
Failure to report may result in liability for damages.
Studio 6.5 is not responsible for personal belongings left on-site.
8. Studio Capacity
Capacity varies depending on the studio space.
Clients must confirm capacity before booking.
9. Additional Services
Photographers, videographers, and creative professionals can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
10. Special Hours
Bookings outside standard hours (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM) are subject to availability and approval.
