Yes, studio viewings are available any day of the week (without fridays) between *09:00 AM – 7:00 PM*, by appointment only.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your booking.
Free parking is available directly in front of the studio entrance.
All setup, preparation, and pack-down must take place within your reserved booking time. Please allow enough time when making your booking.
If your session exceeds the reserved time, overtime charges will apply starting *5 minutes* after the scheduled finish time. Overtime is charged at *10 OMR per 30 minutes*.
Extra time may be possible depending on studio availability. If there is no booking after yours, we may extend your session. Payment must be made immediately via cash, bank transfer, or online booking.
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, rescheduling is possible with at least *48 hours notice, and the new date must be within **30 calendar days*.

As our facility includes *two cyclorama studios (White & Green), seamless backdrop paper is available separately at **5 OMR per 3 meters*.
Yes, if your preferred color is not currently available, we can source it for you. Please allow *48 hours notice. If a new roll is purchased specially for your booking, the charge is **32 OMR*.
The cyclorama is maintained regularly. If you would like it freshly painted specifically before your booking, this can be arranged for an additional charge.
